When we find a qualified candidate, they become a member of our network of professionals. We will work closely with them to improve the resume, interviewing skills and help them articulate what they are looking for in a career as well as the special skills and individual talents they offer.

As a member of our network you will have exclusive access to the latest job listings as well as our in-depth profile service that allows you to craft a list for any position of must-haves, nice-to-haves and deal-breakers. You can select from specific technologies, job cultures, shifts, work styles, perks and even minimum PTO requirements.

We examine your requirements and carefully match your perfect position. And if you're not that picky, you can choose to receive matches that don't fit all of your criteria. All of this is available from a user control panel.

When we send you a job you like, the next step will be a pre-interview with our recruiters. The session is partly to qualify you for the position and communicate the details and partly to coach you for your meeting with the principle hiring manager. We submit the details of this round to the employer.

If they want to see you, we will help arrange that and answer any questions you have along the way. The next part is up to you, but you will have our full support along the way.

If you receive an offer, we will advise and assist with salary negotiations and benefits as much as you want us to.

At Barwell Technical one of our main priorities is to help employers augment staff or build their workforce from the ground up.

Our Process for employers includes four basic steps. But along the way, we consider this to be a collaborative process that flows back and forth between phases whenever necessary. We take a deep dive into your company culture and your specific technical needs and use that to help you craft an appealing job description.

We also assess the market and can advise you on choosing a reasonable start date and even offer local salary analytics to ensure that you're planning appropriate compensation for the level of candidate we will bring in.

From there, our team of recruiters analyze our current network and seek outside talent that looks like they will fit your needs. We prescreen each candidate and then bring the results to you for your opinions. If you want to bring someone in, we schedule all interviews and, if requested, we can also sit in with you while you speak with our candidate.

Through the whole process, we offer guidance and expertise where you need it. After you consider the first round of interviews, we can move into a second round of interviews or find a new group of candidates.

While we believe everyone we present to you has the potential to be a good fit, we want to assure you that you call the shots throughout the process and our role is as large or small as you'd like.
